Orion are a group of four partners, with a non-executive member, providing specialist consulting services on all aspects of HR transformation to a wide range of public and private sector organisations.  We are characterised by the value we place on rigorous thinking and intellectual insight, coupled with a highly facilitative, business-led approach to partnering with our clients.

A relatively small and new organisation, established in 2003, we punch well above our weight in our field, regularly winning business against the giants of the consulting world and leading HR thinkers.  We attribute this to three things:

  • The diversity and depth of knowledge of different aspects of the process that we each bring,
  • Our passionate belief in the power of HR to change business performance.

 

Each partner brings international experience, working at board level in a large number of leading organisations of the world.

The Orion Team

The team at Orion Partners combines solid programme and project management skills with practical expertise and experience of real HR transformation issues. Our people bring an extensive range of consulting experience gained at leading international consultancies such as Accenture, PWC, KPMG, Bearingpoint and Deloitte and senior operational HR experience from industry leaders in the FMCG, retail, financial services, professional services and energy sectors. Members of our team have held senior level HR roles in organisations including BP, Unilever, Pepsico, Astra Zeneca, Accenture, Motorola, Tate & Lyle.

We have a flexible resource model which allows us to combine the skills of our permanent consulting staff with those of over 100 experienced associates. This provides our clients with access to a comprehensive range of HR disciplines at the time and point of need.
