HR Success Kitbag

Our Success Kitbag is a practical, tailored online resource made up of two parts – both designed to provide ongoing support and personal development for you and your HR team.  It provides a highly relevant, convenient and affordable service, combining practice resources and guidance with theory and best practice examples.

Key features

The Success Kitbag contains over 430 pages of content, 44 diagrams and 61 exercises and questionnaire templates, drawing on Orion Partners’ latest research into strategic HR topics. It is easy to navigate, using topic overviews or the key word search function, and is updated regularly to ensure you always have access to the latest thinking.

The tools and information can be used as stand-alone resources, for personal development or to help with a particular project or issue. Alternatively they can be used as Action Learning, alongside development programmes or workshops.

Part 1: Our toolkit

This contains practical templates and tools on topics such as change management, project management, coaching and consultancy.  The Success Kitbag provides you with a common set of tools and templates that can be used by your whole HR function, ensuring consistency, drawing on good practice, and hence inspiring confidence in your clients.

Each topic area includes a range of tools and templates from our Creating Capability toolkits, enabling you to pick the best ones for your level of knowledge and experience. As your experience grows you can then choose to access more complex tools and templates.

Part 2: Personal development for HR people

How to apply your technical skills in any situation, how to influence reluctant clients, how to have strategic conversations in the boardroom… part two of the Success Kitbag provides insights and advice on all these topics and many more.
