Technology often accounts for most of the spend in HR transformation programmes, and this can lead to too much focus on IT delivery at the expense of achieving the right design.  Our HRTT Design Services Team can help you identify a service-driven solution, and ensure that this is not compromised during implementation.   Ours is a client-side role and supports you through the early stages of defining a technology strategy and selecting a solution, through to the complex and time-consuming design, development and testing phases of the project.

Implementing the technology is the riskiest and most complex part of any HR Transformation programme, involving a wide variety of HR and IT professionals, stakeholders and third parties.
