I had the opportunity a week or so ago to debate the key trends in resourcing and talent acquisition with Steve Leach, one of the exec team at Alexander Mann Solutions (the major recruitment process outsourcing business, RPO). We were “head-to-head” in a feature for Outsource Magazine. We really focused on trends in resourcing, for example; how the function is responding to the world of social recruiting, how the role of the recruiter is changing and the changing role of line managers in building the employer brand profile.
