“And it’s goodnight from him” – Simon is leaving Orion Partners

Over the last few months I have been talking with my fellow partners and colleagues about what I want to do with the next few years. Sadly my goals are different to Orion’s, and I will be leaving at the end of May. I wanted to say goodbye to my blog readers and clients. Debating the key trends in resourcing and talent acquisition

I had the opportunity a week or so ago to debate the key trends in resourcing and talent acquisition with Steve Leach, one of the exec team at Alexander Mann Solutions (the major recruitment process outsourcing business, RPO). the year in HR outsourcing review

A look back at deals and trends since the last European conclave.

This year’s annual HRO Summit Europe was the perfect time to look back over the year. We could see how the industry developed, enriching our discussions in Barcelona. Last year’s summit in Amsterdam was an event full of lively debate. Since then, it has been a real pleasure to stay in touch with so many buyers and providers of HRO services through our analyst research and client work. Read more →
