Jane Chesters (née Saunders) is one of Orion’s founders, and leads our Strategy practice. Jane is a highly experienced HR and change consultant who has led many of our major change programmes with clients in both the public and private sector. Her main focus is helping leaders and their teams define and develop people strategies for their business, and then ensuring they have the service and organisation in place to execute.
Before starting Orion, Jane had several senior operational-HR roles in manufacturing and professional services, as well as consulting positions in Accenture’s Human Performance and HR Outsourcing practice. She has a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University and a Masters in Human Resource Management. Jane is also a qualified executive coach.
