Jan Hills

Jan Hills leads our HR Capability, Change Leadership and Talent practices. She created our unique Success Profile methodology for talent strategy, and leads our research into HRBPs and HR leaders.

Jan has a deep understanding of how to enable clients to articulate their vision for the function, so that the best decisions about operating models, structures and technology can follow. She has extensive experience designing talent strategy and talent levers (particularly in retail and financial services) along with senior-level HR and line experience gained in manufacturing, insurance and investment banking. For nine years before joining Orion, Jan also ran her own highly successful HR and leadership development consultancy firm.

Jan has a degree in Sociology, a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, a qualification in NeuroLeadership, and is a Fellow of the CIPD. Her groundbreaking studies of what it takes to be a truly successful underpin many projects for our clients .
