Charles Carter

Charles Carter works with Orion as a non-executive member of the leadership team.

Charles spent the great majority of his career with Accenture, where he led the strategy practice in the UK &  Ireland and South Africa. He has worked for over 30 years with clients in a wide range of service industries and in the public sector. His core expertise is identifying how organisations can restructure their front-line and back-office operations to deliver improved customer service more cheaply, and then designing and implementing the changes needed. He has a deep knowledge of how to improve efficiency by changing processes and organisational structure, and has wide experience in the effective application of IT.

Charles’ role is to guide and help Orion improve its own operations and its service to clients.  He has a degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
