Allan Boroughs

Allan Boroughs is the other founding partner and leads Orion’s Talent Technology practice. He has a unique insight into how organsations can drive value from their investment in people related technologies.  He has more than 20 years experience in proving the business value of HR and talent technology and designing and delivering effective solutions.  Allan has a particular specialist knowledge in the strategic planning and delivery of enterprise applications and in the full scope of talent solutions that have emerged from the software as a service market.

Prior to Orion Allan held senior positions in strategic consulting organisations as well as having managed successful and high performing professional services teams; he has worked globally with blue chip clients in a wide range of industries.   Allan is a Member of the CIPD and co-author of a number of books, including HR Transformation Technology (Gower), A Strategic Approach to HR Systems (Kogan Page) and the HR Transformation series (Gower).
