At Orion Partners we are passionate about helping our clients to deliver effective transformational change in HR; it is the only thing we do.

Born in 2003, we are a young organisation that is always interested in maintaining a fresh perspective, researching new ideas and working with enthusiastic and talented people. We have assembled an outstanding team with a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of HR transformation and extensive experience of having applied these in practical ways for our clients.

Our client list is long, blue chip and entirely referenceable. We are uncompromising about the quality of our work and our business is mostly repeat business.

When we’re not working with clients we do research, publish reports and write books about all aspects of HR transformation. We also host a wide range of events for HR practitioners to share their knowledge and experience and to create lasting networks in the HR community.
